The Dog by Francisco Goya, 1819

As you take a look with this painting, you’ll see a helpless dog either caught in a quicksand, drowning or whatsoever. Lifting it’s head up facing the heavens as it renounces to its fate. Ironically despite of death depicting in the canvass you can feel peacefulness and complete affirmation.

Thank you for giving me 100% happiness and for spending 83 wonderful months with me. Happy monthsary @oleoleol - I love you ❤ (Taken with Instagram)

I went for a good cardio workout yesterday with the stepping machine (i don’t know what to call it) and treadmill. Marko has been too lazy to hit the gym these past few months while I’m so eager to burn my calorie consumption out.

I also found out that its more effective to play a workout playlist using my Nike+ and iPod. My foot steps are like dancing on the beat while I take every stride. I also tried closing my eyes relaxing while I’m pushing myself to the limits. It was such a relief.

This morning I did some aerobics as well courtesy by youtube :)
