Christmas is Season of Giving

I have the feeling to share this. Last Friday, a stranger approached me begging for alms so he can buy his child a medicine. People along would ignore him. Why would somebody trust a stranger anyway? So it was my turn, he approached me. Apparently I have no change. I only have 500 peso bill and a few coins. At first I was hesitant to give him the larger amount but then I realize coins won’t give him much help so I gave him the 500 peso bill.

Come our Christmas Party evening, I received an envelope from our company. God had multiplied the amount I shared. He always multiplies everything :) I’m not sharing this to brag. You see, Christmas is a season of giving. I think its about time we share what God had blessed us.

Are you a Living Zombie? You have a Choice...

Have you ever asked yourself why I am living for? Have you ever felt dragging yourself out from the bed to your office just because you have to? How about the feeling that everything is repetitive as if always moving towards the same pattern, although you grew with it, you still feel so sick and tired about it.

As I always walk in the streets of Ayala, Makati where people are so much in a hurry. I tend to ask myself, “Are they like living zombies? Because sometimes I does…”

Living zombies as I quote are those who live in the same repetitive patterns those that might be lacking any of these aspects social, physical and most especially spiritual life. They do their everyday task because they have to but in the real life they are not content and there would always be a lacking factor. They are like working machines designed to work, work and work.The sad part of it is this people are already missing a big part of their life and that is ‘connection’. It’s vital that we spiritual connection with God. Because having Him in your life gives you direction and purpose, direction to the path of contentment and purpose in life.

Imagine life of contentment. You don’t have to walk in the streets like living dead, feeling empty and no purpose. Living your life the fullest is a choice you should make.

It’s about time that you make a choice…

Thank you Lord!

I would like to share the goodness of our Lord by writing a simple Thank you blog for Him. I want to thank the Lord for the many blessings which He has given me. He blessed me more than I prayed for. I owe everything to the Lord! There was a time that I was almost losing hope because of the circumstances laid upon me but I hold on to Him, I believe that nothing is impossible for Him. You know at some point in our lives where in we really pray for something and we think that God is not answering your prayers. But once you claim that He is at your side, He will be at your side. There are no words to explain how much I Thank you Lord!
