Here’s the list of official holidays for 2013 so we can have our vacation leaves planned ahead of time.
I’m listing below the difference of Regular from Special (non-working) holidays just to be guided.
Christmas is Season of Giving
I have the feeling to share this. Last Friday, a stranger approached me begging for alms so he can buy his child a medicine. People along would ignore him. Why would somebody trust a stranger anyway? So it was my turn, he approached me. Apparently I have no change. I only have 500 peso bill and a few coins. At first I was hesitant to give him the larger amount but then I realize coins won’t give him much help so I gave him the 500 peso bill.
Come our Christmas Party evening, I received an envelope from our company. God had multiplied the amount I shared. He always multiplies everything :) I’m not sharing this to brag. You see, Christmas is a season of giving. I think its about time we share what God had blessed us.

Stronger and Faster 2012
Dear Lord! Thank you for the immense blessings you have bestowed us this 2012! So, our 2012 has just ended with bang and we are ending it with an Oscar Christmas party for the win. It was almost impossible hitting the overall target. It entails more than 100% hard work and stress but yet with flying colors we have exceeded the unexpected.
I remember during our last game plan when the tag line “Stronger and Faster" was presented by our president I felt pessimistic despite the very promising visions. I was already on the verge of quitting on the middle of my race as sales in the IT industry. So many sleepless nights, prayers spoken and drama to tally everything.
This year’s highlight is making great friends (girl friends to be specific). To name few are Glad, Karen, Ms. Agnes and Ms. Arlee.We also have the coolest president. He surprises us when he attempted to dance “gangnam style" and he made Taylor’s Swift “Love Story" song duet with our colleague :) Tell you he is soooo adorable!!!
We also have the mother-like operations manager, Ms. Aly. She was never reluctant in sharing us her experience and sales strategies. She’s one of the persons who have motivated me to excel. Of course, I have here my sales manager and our technical head. Both were supportive and we work as a team.
I’m so grateful to be part of the team. The thing is I’m already attached with these people whom I treated as my family. That’s the dilemma when I decide to leave ITG because that would be definitely the hardest part of all.
Crossing my fingers, I pray that we still hit or even exceed next year’s target. Likewise, next year defines who we are. I’m confident with team because we have good breeds here (now I’m bragging). Anxious and Excited for 2013! We survived 2012.

Since when did I became a gadget enthusiast? I’m a self-confessed Apple fanatic. If I only have the privilege to spend massive amount of money just to satisfy my cravings for the latest gadgets introduced by Apple (why not?!).
Anyway, I got this habit of religiously checking this online shop http://kimstore.multiply.com/. They offer latest gadgets from Apple, Samsung, HTC, Nikon, Pentax etc. at a reasonable price compared to retail outlets. I call it online gadget stock market because, prices are erratic. Most of the time prices drops like from Php50,000 to as low as Php38,500 for iPhone 5.
The online shop is legit. My sister and brother’s girlfriend just bought HTC and Samsung S3 respectively from Kimstore.They don’t have physical store or retail outlet so most of transactions are via courier or meet-ups.
You have to check the warranty though . Some items only offers kimstore warranty but if you prefer a more secure and dependable warranty you may want choose official service center store warranty which is definitely pricey.
If you are dying to buy an iPhone 5 and latest iPad 4 (retina display) you may want to check their prices. Normally iPhone 5 32GB is sold Php45,000 retail while they offer it for Php38,500.00. Same goes with iPod Touch 5th gen 32GB which is Php16,000.00 in retail while Kimstore offers it Php12,900.00. All with official Apple Warranty.

Setting up our very own food stall concept (snaxx shawarma) at Timog Food Plaza
It was just this year, September when we ventured into a franchising food business. Since buko shakes has been a fad, we franchised Metrofoodcart Business Corp. Buko Juan. They are one of the pioneers in establishing buko shake business inside malls of metro Manila.
Our first stall was in Jam Liner Edsa Kamuning. The first three months went well and we are almost 80% in achieving our initial investment.
Now, we are opening another food stall but now it’s our own food concept which we named snaxx shawarma. It’s located at timog food plaza also popular as bulalohan food court in Timog.
I can’t say I’m hands-on with this shawarma business only because I don’t eat shawarma. It’s my mom and dad’s idea. I just incorporated other snacks such as burger and hotdog sandwich in the food stall.
Meet my Twin Sister at Work: KAREN
Here’s Karen. She’s one of my favorite kakulitan in the office despite of her always teasing me as “dial-up connection" (kasi I’m so slow with her jokes. But don’t misjudge my IQ level). She does SEO in the company we are currently employed with. I can call her as one of the best of breeds of ITG because of her passion and motivation at work for staying up late even if it’s OTY (Oh Thank You!). She reminds me of one of my closest friend in College. I find our conversation fascinating because we share same interest such as marketing stuffs and most of all FOOD
